销售经理 
工作地点:上海/北京/广州;各1名
岗位职责:

  • 销售管理职位,负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划;
  • 带领和管理销售队伍,完成销售目标;
  • 管理指定地区的经销商并协助其完成销售目标;
  • 协助找寻各地区适合的经销商;
  • 制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度;
  • 负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估;
  • 负责销售运作,包括计划、组织、进度控制和修正;
  • 协助销售总监设置销售目标、销售模式、销售战略、销售预算和奖励计划;
  • 从销售和客户需求的角度,为产品的研发提供建议;
  • 其它公司要求并指定的合理工作。
职位要求:
  • 本科及以上学历,生物技术等相关专业;如非相关专业,需在相关领域有六年以上工作经验;
  • 英语四级及以上,或有同等能力,能读懂英文技术资料,并能用英语与外国专家进行流利沟通;
  • 3、3年以上生命科学类销售行业工作经验,熟悉所在地区大学机构、科研机构、医院、生物公司、制药公司等单位情况,有销售管理工作经历者优先;
  • 具有丰富的客户资源和客户关系,业绩优秀;
  • 具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力,分析和解决问题的能力;
  • 有较强的事业心、敬业精神和责任心。
  • 具备公开标案招标经验,明白如何配合执行招标过程;
  • 能够配合公司要求出差。


S001Position: Sales Manager 
Location: Shanghai/Beijing/Guangzhou;
Hiring: 1 for each location
Job Responsibilities:
  • Sales management position, set up sales targets and sales plan;
  • Lead and manage our sales team in achieving sales target;
  • Assist regional distributors in achieving sales targets;
  • Find suitable regional distributors;
  • Assist in setting up and implementing company related policies;
  • Responsible for the daily management of the sales department and the monitoring, guidance, training, and assessment of department staffs.
  • Responsible for sales operation, including planning, organizing, scheduling and revision.
  • Assist the sales director to set sales targets, sales model, sales strategy, sales budget and incentive plans;          
  • Provide suggestions for the development of products from the point of view of sales and customer;
  • Complete other reasonable tasks as requested by the company;
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above, biological technology and other related major, if not related major, need to have more than six years work experience in relevant field;          
  • English level CET 6 or above, or with the similar capabilities; able to read technical materials in English, and fluently communicate with foreign experts in English;          
  • 3 years of experience in life science products sales; familiar with universities, research institutes, hospitals, life sciences research companies and pharmaceutical R&D companies in located cities; managerial work experience is preferred;          
  • Have abundant customer resources and customer connections;
  • Strong marketing, promotional, communicational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills;          
  • Be dedicated, professional, and have a sense of responsibility;          
  • Experience in public bidding, and understand how to coordinate the bidding process;          
  • To meet the requirements of the company on a business trip, with an average of less than 10 days per month.
